The Home: For this 2011 Showcase of homes, we are proud to spotlight the Lancaster floor plan. The Lancaster is one of our newest, most exciting ranch home designs. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a study, formal dining room and a 2 car garage. This home features a covered rear porch off of the kitchen perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing on a warm summer evening. The rear porch really enhances the home’s welcoming feeling. This home also features extensive amenities including walnut hardwood flooring, ornate ceramic tile and other extensive amenities including crown molding, cultured stone backsplash and floor to ceiling fireplace surround, wainscoting, coffered ceiling, skylights, soaring volume ceilings and elaborate landscaping.
