Tickets for the area’s premiere new home tour, the 2018 Saratoga Showcase of Homes, are now on sale! Each $20 ticket gives you access to all 13 homes for all three weekends (Sept. 15-16, 22-23 & 29-30). Once again this year, each showcase ticket holder will receive a FREE shoe/tote bag at the first home visited! Proceeds from the Saratoga Showcase of Homes benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. Now celebrating its 23rd year, this annual community event has contributed over ONE MILLION DOLLARS to our local charities.

Event Details
The 2018 Saratoga Showcase of Homes is proudly presented over three fall weekends beginning September 15–16, 22–23 & 29–30. Tickets are still only $20, which allows you to visit all these spectacular homes on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00AM–5:00PM. This year’s edition has 13 locations from 12 of our area’s finest builders on display in Saratoga County.
Participating award-winning builders in this year’s event are: Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Blitman Development, Bonacio Construction, Caruso Home Builders, Heritage Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, La Femme Home Builders, Malta Development, The Earth Source Company, The Form Collaborative and Witt Construction.
