About the Saratoga Showcase of Homes

The Saratoga Showcase of Homes is produced by the Saratoga Builders Association, a non-profit, specialized professional trade organization representing our local building industry. The Saratoga Builders Association is committed to the continued growth, prosperity and quality of life in Saratoga County.

Over the past 28 years, the Saratoga Builders Association has donated over $1.5 million dollars to our two designated local charities, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties, through our Saratoga Showcase of Homes event.

2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes October 4-5 and October 11-12!

The 2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes event will be held on 4 days over two spectacular weekends this fall featuring the regions finest, award-winning builders showcasing their new construction. Homes are open from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

We look forward to presenting an outstanding line-up of magnificent homes on display this fall!
